Operating plants at sites for

Where most owners start

  • Your plant was built by another installer.

We take it over and report on it like every other plant.

    How a takeover runs
  • Your plant isn’t producing what it should.

A performance gap report shows what it produced against what it should have.

    Request a site assessment
  • You run a portfolio of sites.

One operator and one monthly report across every site.

Figures from a selection of the sites we manage

The 68 sites with verified performance data on file (July 2026), 40.3 MWp in all. The three largest groups of owners among them:

The selection in figures
  1. Property funds and shopping centres

Many centres, plants from several installers, and one report for the fund. Vukile Property Fund’s centres run under one operator.

28 retail and shopping centre sites

    16,607 kWp

  2. Industrial

Manufacturing, food and pharmaceutical sites, where the plant has to work around production.

    13 industrial sites

    12,036 kWp

  3. Commercial

Commercial property and businesses that want one monthly report their finance team can use.

    24 commercial property sites

    10,905 kWp

By sector, July 2026. Industrial combines the manufacturing, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical rows. Bars compare each group’s capacity.

What we look after on every plant

  1. Module cleaning

Removing the dust and residue that hold back a module’s output.

  2. Inspection and testing

Thermography and IV-curve tracing, to find hot spots and weak strings.

  3. Inverter and BESS maintenance

Servicing inverters, and battery storage where a site has it.

  4. Preventive maintenance

Scheduled inspection and servicing, planned in advance.

  5. Corrective maintenance

Diagnosis and repair when a fault takes equipment out of service.

  6. Spares management

Keeping critical spare parts available for repairs.

  7. Remote monitoring

Generation and equipment status, watched through each plant’s platform.

  8. Monthly reporting

A report to each owner every month, read from the revenue meter.

Monthly figures you can take to the board

Each figure is read from the revenue meter or the plant’s monitoring platform, and checked against the client’s monthly production report.

  1. Generation against expected. The meter’s generation, set against what the plant should have produced.

  2. Every figure says what it is. Measured, annualised or estimated, so a board pack never mixes them.

  3. The work behind the numbers. Faults from alarm to close-out, and the maintenance done and planned.
